Clear Package Choices

Honest Cremation packages clearly identify the primary services and merchandise included with each level of care.

How Online Cremation Arrangements Work

Honest Cremation allows families to begin arrangements online at any time.


1. Choose a Package

Review the Basic, Priority, and Premium Packages and select the level of scheduling, assistance, and merchandise that best fits your family.


2. Provide the Required Information

Complete the arrangement information, provide the necessary authorizations, and select any certified death certificates, merchandise, or optional services.


Jane, our AI virtual assistant, is available to provide guided assistance 24 hours a day. Personal assistance is also available based on the package selected.


3. We Bring Your Loved One Into Our Care

Our team coordinates transportation from the hospital, medical examiner’s office, hospice facility, nursing facility, group home, or private residence, depending on the package selected.


4. Documents and Authorizations Are Completed

We coordinate the death-certificate filing, required authorizations, cremation permit, and other necessary documents.


Timing may be affected by physician certification, medical examiner requirements, government processing, weekends, holidays, and circumstances outside the funeral home’s control.


5. Cremation Takes Place

The cremation is performed at our licensed crematory. Secure identification and tracking procedures are used throughout the process.


6. Cremated Remains Are Returned to the Family

Depending on the package selected, the cremated remains may be:


  • Picked up at our Fort Worth crematory
  • Picked up at our Dallas or Fort Worth office
  • Shipped by USPS Priority Mail Express to one domestic address
